On October 11, the Ukrainian premiere of the Polish documentary “PIANO” with the participation of the heroes and authors of the film will be held at the Kyiv Cinema. After the show, will be held a discussion with the director Vita Maria Drigas.
In the midst of a protest at the Kiev Maidan, the piano, which should have become part of the barricade, was saved by a student at the Kyiv Conservatory. The piano is a symbol of the revolution that rages in the country, sings with the protesters, supports their enthusiasm and encourages action. “PIANO” is the history of the instrument in the war and “extremist pianists” who are fighting for their freedom.
The film will be featured with the support of the Polish Institute in Kyiv as a special event on the occasion of the closing of the Days of Polish Cinema in Ukraine.
